Our School

Blaenbaglan Primary School is a vibrant, inclusive and welcoming school situated in the village of Baglan, with beautiful views overlooking Swansea Bay. Our spectacular grounds include extensive outdoor spaces and our own woodland, where pupils enjoy highly engaging Forest School sessions that inspire curiosity, creativity and a love of learning.

We provide education for children aged 3 to 11, alongside two specialist Learning Support Centre classes for pupils with speech and language needs. Our highly skilled and dedicated staff ensure that every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to thrive.

Pupils make outstanding progress during their time at Blaenbaglan, and their behaviour is exemplary. We celebrate achievement in all its forms, taking great pride in our pupils’ academic success as well as their sporting, musical and artistic talents. Above all, we encourage every child to be the very best they can be, developing the confidence, resilience and independence they need for a happy and successful future.
